SensorAI provides bespoke technology solutions for customers with particular needs, through the development of both hardware and software systems. SensorAI has devloped an in house IoT platform that provides end to end IoT solutions.
This includes the collection, analysis and presentation of data collected from sensors. The sensor arrays can measure anything from temperature to pH, pressure and flow to dissolved oxygen levels. This data is stored in data bases. These readings can be used for information and control purposes.
Information like the automated reconciliation of Point of Sale data with beer flow data in beer on tap environments. Control as in adding acid to a solution to maintain the desired pH levels or switching on a heater to maintain a constant temperature.

This is an advanced online controller designed to manage inputs and determine appropriate control actions for the management of advanced biological experiments. This allows vehicle drivers and fleet managers a real time view of the temperatures of wheel bearings, axles and the effect of tyre pressures on temperatures. We provide alerts in the form of emails and Telegram messages for values that would indicate an issue requiring attention. Our system has been field tested with great success. The impact of a vehicle fire caused by a wheel bearing overheating can be catastrophic.

This project used RFID tags to log users into shared terminals without the need to enter user names and passwords manually. This reduces the time to login between user interactions as well as direct contact between the user and the keyboard.
The reason for the project was to minimize possible COVID transmission and streamline the login process.

This is a pressure mat project developed for an insole manufacturer in Europe. This allows them to scan the pressure pattern of a customers foot in store in real time. Using the scanned image, the company is able to recommend and even develop custom insoles for customers.
